Nancy Zheng is the Founder and General Manager of Z&H Lawyers. She plays a central role in the firm’s strategic development, day-to-day operations, client service systems, and multilingual team coordination—serving as both the organisational backbone and brand guardian of the firm.
Nancy graduated in 2009 with a Master of Professional Accounting (MPA) from Central Queensland University and later became a member of CPA Australia. In 2014, she also became a government-registered education agent under PIER (J172), bringing strong process awareness and business acumen to her work.
With over 15 years of experience in the international education and migration industry, Nancy has advised clients across Mainland China, Europe, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea. She has developed a strong reputation for managing high-value education and migration planning projects with exceptional success and professionalism.
Before co-founding Z&H Lawyers, Nancy and Eric Han jointly established APIC Global (Oriental International Education & Migration), where she led the operations and client service frameworks. Her structured thinking, strong execution, and empathy for clients contributed significantly to the early standardisation of services and the formation of the firm’s legal division.
She is highly skilled in designing tailored solutions for high-net-worth families, particularly in education strategy, school selection, visa planning, career mapping, and permanent residency pathways. Under her leadership, the APIC Global team achieved an industry-leading success rate and earned long-standing trust from families and institutions alike.
At Z&H Lawyers, Nancy continues to draw on her experience in project management, cross-cultural communication, and client engagement, translating these into the firm’s internal systems and service delivery models.
In her day-to-day management role, she focuses on refined operations, streamlined workflows, and enhancing the client experience. She serves as a reliable cornerstone connecting internal teams and external clients of the firm.
