He also serves as Director and General Manager at Domantay Legal, bringing to the firm a wealth of experience in law firm operations and strategic business development.<\/p>

Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Dwayne has a strong background in enterprise strategy, operations management, and SME consulting. He has advised numerous businesses on corporate structuring, asset protection, and business growth planning\u2014demonstrating a unique ability to integrate commercial logic with legal infrastructure to support sustainable operations.<\/p>

At Z&H Lawyers, Dwayne leads the firm’s transformation toward \u201cprocess-driven and client-focused\u201d legal services. He champions standardisation, workflow efficiency, and professional consistency across all departments, ensuring the firm delivers high-quality, scalable service experiences in a multilingual and multicultural environment.<\/p>

With strong execution skills and deep insight into business operations, Dwayne plays a pivotal role as a strategic and organisational pillar of the firm. He is also directly engaged with clients, particularly in areas such as real estate planning, internal governance, and risk management\u2014creating long-term value through structural solutions.<\/p>
