Banruo Daiyang is a practising solicitor at Z&H Lawyers, specialising in cross-border investment, corporate legal matters, family law, intellectual property, and immigration law. With dual educational backgrounds from China and Australia, she brings a strong blend of legal expertise, bilingual communication, and international client service.<\/p>

Banruo began her studies in Australia at the age of 15, attending Year 9 at Toorak College, a private school in Melbourne. She graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2020 with a double degree in Psychology and Media & Communications and later completed her Juris Doctor at the University of New South Wales in 2023. She was admitted to legal practice in Victoria in 2024.<\/p>

During her legal studies, Banruo worked at a community legal centre, where she assisted in civil, criminal, and administrative cases and contributed to recommendations on labour law reform. These experiences developed her practical judgment, legal drafting ability, and multidisciplinary coordination skills.<\/p>

Coming from a family with a strong legal background, Banruo has maintained close collaboration with leading law firms in China. She has participated in major matters including bankruptcy restructuring for large property developers, labour disputes, and intellectual property litigation before the Supreme People\u2019s Court of China\u2014building a solid foundation in cross-jurisdictional legal work between China and Australia.<\/p>

With the support and recommendation of Eric Han, Principal Solicitor of Z&H Lawyers, Banruo was admitted to the Australian legal profession and initially joined the legal division at APIC Global. As Z&H Lawyers became an independent legal entity, she transitioned with the team and now leads the firm\u2019s foreign client portfolio and bilingual legal services.<\/p>

Banruo is committed to delivering efficient, compliant, and forward-thinking legal solutions that bridge legal systems and cultural contexts.
